Diana is the Co-Creator and Director of Operations at Undercurrent Coffee. She is an Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer and Examiner, serves on the Barista Guild of America‘s Events Council, the co-founder of the POUR Coffee Festival and is a contributor for Barista Magazine. She enjoys binge-watching Netflix, looking at cats on Instagram, and exploring the Blue Ridge mountains with her husband.
Coléa is the Operations Manager at Summit Coffee Huntersville. They enjoy their coffee with a few spoonfuls of education, a generous pour of intersectionality and inclusivity, and some steamed almond milk. When Coléa isn’t making coffee, they’re likely napping or practicing yoga.
Caitlin first fell in love with the local coffee scene and the people behind it when she moved to Charlotte to attend Johnson & Wales University. She is currently the Bar Manager at Amelie’s French Bakery Park Road, but in her free time she enjoys baking, going to drag shows, watching Bob’s Burgers (she particularly loves Tina Belcher), and playing with her cat, Atticus. She is eager to serve the Collective and its members, and looks forward participating in to the Queen City’s bright coffee future.
Brady is Field Liaison for Dilworth Coffee and Stockton Graham & Co., supporting coffeehouses, restaurants, hotels and others who are offering specialty coffee. He loves training, helping dial-in customer’s coffee programs, and writing for the Dilworth Coffee blog. With 10+ years in specialty coffee, Brady is an Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer, BGA member, and long-time Charlotte coffee community events organizer. When not coffee-ing, he enjoys cooking and hiking in North Carolina’s mountains.
