Caitlin first fell in love with the local coffee scene and the people behind it when she moved to Charlotte to attend Johnson & Wales University. She is currently working at Lincoln’s Haberdashery in Southend Charlotte, but in her free time she enjoys baking, going to drag shows, watching Bob’s Burgers (she particularly loves Tina Belcher), and playing with her cat, Atticus. She is eager to serve the Collective and its members, and looks forward participating in to the Queen City’s bright coffee future.
