Working in the service industry has a unique set of physical demands that should be addressed in order to ensure basic physical wellness, as well as to sustain a long-term career as a coffee professional. Led by Freddie Nordhoff, owner of Southend Grind and former Urban MVMNT Fitness Professional, and Julie Brauer, a local Physical Therapist, this workshop will give you the tools to strengthen your body and empower you to take control of your health in the workplace.
